SHIPPING

We ship both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street from us in Los Angeles, you'll get it faster than if you live in Hawaii. The UPS and USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 4-7 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer.

Immediately after a purchase order is placed:

1. You will receive a confirmation email

2. We process your order within the next 24 hours

3. As soon as your package is dispatched we will send you an email containing the tracking number of your order. The status of your order would be available on our Track Your Order page and the mail carrier's website.

4. Please allow 4-7 business days after processing for your order to be delivered.

Orders placed in US will be delivered via UPS Ground (3-5 business days) OR USPS Priority Mail (3-7 business days).

RETURNS

We understand that sometimes people change their minds or unexpected situations may arise and that's perfectly fine. In case of any issues please contact customer support at info@stylescode.com. We will be happy to resolve the problem.

We accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging. We do not accept exchanges.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. To initiate a return please contact us at info@stylescode.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
Please allow us 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process your refund.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
